If you are ready to join the club, please click HERE to download the Lakeshore Model A Ford Club's Membership Application.

Once you have downloaded the Membership Application,

  • Open the Lakeshore Model A Ford Club Membership Application file.

  • Once the Membership Application is open, you may...

    • Type the required information electronically on your computer.

    • Once the application is complete, save the completed application on your computer.

    • Print the application for submission via USPS with your check for membership dues.

    • Print the blank application and write in the information before submission
      via USPS with your check for membership dues.      ​

  • You must be a member of Model A Restorers Club (MARC) -or- Model A Ford Club of America (MAFCA) before joining Lakeshore Model A Ford Club as they are the chartering organizations. ​​​​

  • If you have never been a member of the Model A Ford Club of America, you are eligible for free membership for your first year. Please contact us before joining.
